Zden

Zden is a dance artist, performer, creator, collaborator and a co-founder of Ostružina, an artistic collective focusing on contemporary dance and movement. Her interest lies in movement research, particularly exploring sensorial and somatic approaches in dance as well as active spectatorship. The insatiable curiosity and profound respect for diverse cultures and a deep connection to various landscapes nourish her artistic practice. Zden thrives in creative dialogues within interdisciplinary collaborations. She has a long-standing fascination with exploring the Earth’s body. This artistic practice titled Geology of Being investigates the intersection of geology and contemporary performance through choreographic practices and score-writing. She also collaborates on projects in the context of creative education and artistic processes. Starting in 2015, she has been interested in facilitation and is part of the team of upwording, a practice transforming thinking through the everyday use of language. Languages are of great interest to her as she finds them to be a fascinating aspect of shaping our lives and views.

زدين هي فنانة متعددة الاهتمامات.. راقصة ومؤدية ومؤلفة ومؤسسة مشاركة لـ “أورستروزينا”، وهو تجمع فني يركز على الرقص المعاصر والحركة. وتهتم زدين كذلك بالبحث حول الحركة، وتحديدًا اكتشاف الاقترابات الحسية والجسدية في الرقص والمشاهدة الفعالة. 

وشغفها اللامتناهي واحترامها العميق للتنوع الثقافي والارتباط القوي بالمساحات يعزز ممارساتها الفنية.

إن إبداع زدين يشع في الحوارات المرتبطة بالتعاونات متقاطعة المجالات الفنية. 

ولديها اهتمام ممتد باستكشاف الأرض التي نعيش عليها، وقد أطلقت على هذه الممارسة عنوان “جيولوجيا الكينونة” والتي تركز على استكشاف العلاقة بين علم الأرض والفنون الأدائية المعاصرة عبر ممارسات تصميم الحركة وكتابة الموسيقى. وتتعاون في مشروعات مرتبطة بالتعليم الإبداعي والعمليات الفنية. 

بدأت زدين مسيرتها في ٢٠١٥، وتشكل اهتمامها بمهام التيسير. وهي تعمل ضمن فريق “أب وردلنج”، ممارسة فنية تعمل على تحويل التفكير من خلال الاستخدام اليومي للغة. فاللغات تأتي ضمن اهتمامات زدين إذ تجد أنها عنصر مهم في تشكيل حياتنا ووجهات نظرنا.
