Masna3 El-Dramatourg is an Egyptian theatre project that develops contemporary playwriting through the dramaturgy method used in their Al‑Mesaharaty project since 1990, which relies on field and desk research and collective brainstorming with other theatre-makers. The project offers an annual eight‑month school with five‑hour weekly hybrid sessions for 15–20 participants. Studio ِEmad Eddin provides the venue and logistical support. Writers, directors, scenographers, and actors work in groups to create theatrical projects that are later evaluated by a panel of critics, with the most distinguished scripts getting published by Rawafed Publishing.
مشروع معني بتطوير الكتابة المسرحية بمنهج الدراماتورج المستلهم من مسرحية المسحراتي التي أنتجت عام ١٩٩٠. ويعتمد مصنع الدراماتورج على البحث الميداني والمكتبي والعصف الذهني بين صُنّاع العرض. في المصنع، يتحول الدراماتورج من مصطلح إلى منهج إبداعي ضمن مدرسة سنوية تمتد ٨ أشهر، تُعقد جلساتها أسبوعياً لمدة ٥ ساعات بنظام هجين (أونلاين وحضوري). يستقبل البرنامج من ١٥ إلى ٢٠ مشاركًا. يوفر ستوديو عماد الدين المكان والدعم اللوجيستي. ويشارك في البرنامج كتّاب ومخرجون وسينوغرافيون وممثلون. ويُقسَّم المتدربون إلى مجموعات عمل لإنتاج عدة مشاريع مسرحية تُقيّمها لجنة من النقاد، ويتم اختيار الأكثر تميزًا لنشره عبر دار روافد للنشر، مع متابعة نقدية مستمرة طوال فترة التدريب.
