Soukaina Habiballah

Soukaina Habiballah is a Moroccan writer born in Casablanca in 1989. She has authored four poetry collections, one novel, and a collection of short stories. She has received several awards, including the 2015 Buland Al Haidari Award for Arabic Poetry and the 2019 Nadine Shams Award for Arab Screenwriters for her short film Who Left the Door Open? She is a two-time recipient of the Creative Writing Fund AFAC.
