Andrea Assaf / Art2Action

Art2Action is a non-profit arts organisation based in the United States that creates, develops, produces, and tours original theatre as well as contemporary and interdisciplinary performance. Founded by award-winning Lebanese American poet and theatre artist Andrea Assaf, Art2Action is dedicated to cultural equity, aesthetic innovation, artistic quality and community impact.

Art2Action has collaborated with performers and co-creators with roots in the United States, Southwest and Central Asia and Africa, such as internationally acclaimed opera singer Lubana Al Quntar (USA/Syria), projection designer and media artist Eva Auster (UK), music director and violinist Eylem Basaldi (USA/Turkey), actress Dalia Basiouny (Egypt), vocalist and percussionist Aida Shahghasemi (USA/Iran), vocalist and choral leader Kathy Randels (USA), and actress Ashley Wilkerson (USA/Senegal).
